# 100 Shots > A free practice and habit tracker built on one idea: if you're bad at something and want to get good at it, expect 100 bad attempts. Count every attempt backwards from 100, good or bad. No streaks. - App: https://100shots.finereli.com - About (full description): https://100shots.finereli.com/about - Source: https://github.com/finereli/100habits - Author: Eli Finer, independent developer (https://finereli.com) ## How it works Each thing you practice is a card with a big number: how many of your 100 shots are left. Tap the check after every attempt, good or bad, and it goes down by one. A 100-dot grid fills as you go. At zero the card says "All 100 done" and keeps logging. Nothing counts days, so missing a day costs nothing, and ten attempts in one day count as ten. ## Facts - Price: free. No ads, no trial, no paid plan. - Account: not needed. Optional Google sign-in syncs shots across devices. - Platform: web app (PWA) for any modern browser. Installable on Android, iPhone, iPad and desktop. Works offline. - Data: stored on the device.
